PHSC’s Office of Marketing and Communications is here to deliver creative promotional solutions and provide marketing support while maintaining a clear, unified PHSC brand identity. Departments must submit requests for all marketing materials, including web content via a marketing services request. Extensive content should be submitted in Word document format and attached to the request.

We offer a diverse selection of PHSC promotional items to support departments in recruiting students, enhancing student life and engaging community events. Contact the Marketing Department to fill out our Promotional Item Request Form to receive a list of our available PHSC swag!

Lead Time

All projects should be planned as far in advance as possible. Below are the minimum lead times for each project type:

  • Print publications: Six weeks
  • Media releases, posters, flyers and advertising: Three weeks in advance of distribution; media releases should be distributed no later than two weeks prior to an event.
  • Outside print job: Additional two weeks. In-house print projects may require less time; however, departments may be requested to supply paper or contribute funds to defray the cost of projects not included in the approved budget.
  • Major online content: Four weeks
  • Homepage and/or social media projects: Three to five business work days. Most homepage promotions are prioritized and scheduled weeks in advance. New requests will be accommodated whenever possible on a space available basis.
  • Promotional items requests: Two weeks in advance

Review Process

The Office of Marketing and Communications reserves the right to edit promotional materials in accordance with the PHSC style guide and to enhance marketing effectiveness.
